Club sailing - Assisted Sailing

13th June 2021, 14:00 - 16:00

Assisted club sailing from 14:00 to 16:00.

We are running a session of assisted/guided sailing.

The activities need to fall within the current Government and RYA guidance for Covid-19

The aim is to have support available to give guidance on aspects of sailing, from rigging the boat through to sailing techniques from basic upwards.

The session is aimed at those that have done at least a Level 1 (adult) or Stage 2 (youth). You have rigged a boat and sailed a little and can get back to the shore. It is not for complete beginners.

Note The clubhouse will be open for the use of toilets. The bar and tea/coffee are also available. The changing rooms are not available so you will need to arrive prepared.

Numbers will be limited and booking is required.

Junior members will require an accompanying adult to assist with equipment movement, rigging and launch/recovery. Club helpers will be only able to assist with verbal guidance while distanced

Please book a sailor ticket for each attendee - If you want to use a club boat then please book that here
