The New Season starts 1st March

The new season starts in March so here are a few changes and reminders of club rules.

1. Payment at the bar is preferred by card due to the difficulting of depositing cash at the disappearing banks. There is still the option to pay petty cash for hot drinks and biscuits.

2. Campsite fees have increased to £5 per night for adult and child members, £8 per night for guests, limited to 6 per booking and a maximum of 6 nights per year. Any unoccupied camper vans, caravans or tents will be charged at £5 per night. Portable toilets will be provided during the summer.

3. Membership re-newals are due now, we longer post membership cards as these are electronic and found via your portal under membership. Key fobs will be deactivated in March for non-renewed members.

4.Duties: now is the time to log on and selected your duties when you want to do them, rather than have them allocated.

Site safety, take care on site with the road works currently in progress, the site is extremely wet and muddy with the campsite footpath closed due to flooding.

We look forward to dryer and brighter weather over the coming weeks as Easter approaches and activities increase.
