Locking and Unlocking the Club House
One of the benefits of membership is that all members have access to the clubhouse using their key fob - 24/7. however, for everyone's benefit, the Clubhouse must be left secure and alarmed when left unattended or after use. An outline of the facilities in the clubhouse is shown here
To UNLOCK the clubhouse, present the fob to the reader at the lakeside door - the door will be released and then stay unlocked until the building is locked.
The clubhouse MUST be locked when not occupied - Please follow these instructions if you are the last person to leave the building, even if there are other people on site
Members must check the building as detailed below, before Locking up:
- Make sure all electrical appliances in the kitchen are switched off.
- Close all windows.
- Check the emergency door of the men's changing room.
- Close the door to the ladies changing room.
- Check the emergency exit next to the fireplace is closed.
- Lock the glass door from the Clubhouse to the lakeside terrace then lower the electric shutter using the switch to the right of the door.
Then, to LOCK the clubhouse:
- Present fob to the reader above the public telephone
- Operate switch next to the reader and the green led will go out.
- Ensure all lights are switched off.
- Leave the building and close the door - check the door is secured by pulling the handle.
