Site Access
Access to the site is via the main gate on Thame Road, using the key fob issued to you. Your key fob must not be loaned to any other member or person to enter the site.
On entry, please "Tap In" with your fob even if you are following another member
- it confirms that you are a member and
- helps us understand how many people are on site on any day.
Members are individually responsible for seeing that the gate closes once their vehicle has safely passed through the gateway. The gate will automatically close after approximately 15 seconds.
Please also "Dab Out" when you leave - even if the gate does not need it - just so we know you've left
General Security Measures:
Please do not allow anyone to tailgate you onto the site (or access whilst you are leaving) unless you know they are a member (because they have "Tapped In" using their own fob).
Please also do not let anyone on site who is at the gate, but without a key fob - if a DCM is on duty, let them know and they will go and deal with the visitor - Alternatively, you can ask to see their digital membership card (on their mobile phone - see here for more details). Only active memberships will show their membership card on the phone. Failing that, ask them to call the clubhouse number (displayed at the gate).
