Using Your Key Fob

• Access is via the main gate on Gawcott Road.
• Always **Tap In** with your fob, even if following another member this confirms your membership to others and helps us track site use.
• Please **Tap Out** when leaving, so we know you've gone.
• Your fob is personal - do not lend it to anyone else.

Gate Operation

• The gate opens for ~15 seconds after fob use, then closes automatically.
• Please ensure the gate closes safely after your vehicle passes.
• If delayed, reactivate the reader to extend the open time.

Security Measures

• Do not allow tailgating unless you've seen the other member Tap In.
• Visitors without a fob should be directed to:
  • A Duty Committee Member (if on site), or
  • Call the clubhouse number displayed at the gate (which is redirected if the clubhouse is unattended).

Safe Use of the Gate

• Never tailgate another car without using your fob.
• Only drive through if the path is clear.
• Keep children away from the gate it is powerful electrical equipment.
• Please report lost fobs immediately to the Membership Secretary.
