Race Officer Refresher

A short course for race officers to review the new sailing instructions for this year.

Content will cover course setting, start lines, start procedures (Flags etc), race formats inc pursuit races and Sailwave results (entry and publication)

We have also made changes to the Committee Boat mooring procedure

So there's plenty for all ROs to brush up on and share their experience with other ROs .
