Club House or Training Room Hire

Having a meeting or a party and want to hold it with the lake as your backdrop?

Members can hire the Club House or Training Room.

• The Training Room is suitable for small group meetings
• It can seat up to 15 people and comes with TV screens to present from and a large white board to use
• The training room can be hired for exclusive use.

The Clubhouse is suitable for larger group meetings or perhaps as a party venue

• It can seat up to 25 people round tables or up to 40 as theatre Also comes with TV screens or projector to present from and a smaller white board to use
• Club House hire can also include use of the kitchen area (additional fees may apply)

Note: Club house hire cannot be given with exclusive use - members are allowed to access the changing rooms at any time.

Outline Hire Conditions, Rates and Booking Form

Full conditions are shown in the booking form at the bottom of the page, but a few points to make you are of:

• To hire either facility you must be over 21 and have held membership at the club for over two years
• If you are inviting non members to your event please discuss this at the time of booking
• Payment must be made two weeks in advance of the booking and is non refundable if the event is cancelled by you with less than 7 full days notice.
