Selling or transferring ownership of your Boats

Navigate through the portal to "My boats & berths"

Select the craft you are selling

Go to the Crew / Ownership tab and scroll to the bottom of the page for some useful options:

Selling this boat?:

This is a simple and quick way to create a Classified Ad for the club website, based on the info the system holds on the craft - you can edit the listing and add more photos if you wish

Has this boat changed hands?:

If you have sold the boat to someone else at the club, then this is a quick and easy way to transfer the boat to them. They will be notified by email that the transfer has been made - this prevents duplicate boats being entered on the system.

If the craft is currently berthed at the club, then the assumption is that it will stay in that berth with the new owner, but if you are wanting to maintain your current berth for a new boat, please contact us in advance of transferring the boat to the new owner.

If you sell the boat to someone at another club, then simply retire yourself from the ownership of the boat (update ownership)

Delete This Boat?

Please do not use this unless you've got everything wrong in a set up - boats can not be deleted if there is any history (such as a berthing allocation).
